Every cookbook listed here is seed oil free. Every recipe in every book is cooked in butter, ghee, tallow, lard, coconut oil, or olive oil. No vegetable oil, no canola oil, no sunflower oil, no soybean oil. That is the one rule that runs through all 23 titles across three series — and it is the reason these books exist.

The Savor Series covers global cuisine. The MAHA Kitchen Garden Series covers home growing. The standalone titles cover the nutritional and lifestyle reset. Together they form a complete library for anyone cooking and eating without seed oils — from the first meal to the garden that grows the ingredients for it.

All books are available on Amazon in Kindle and paperback formats. Click any title below to go directly to the Amazon product page.

About the Savor Series

The Savor Series began with one question: what does global cuisine look like when every recipe is cooked without seed oils? The answer — across 14 books and more than 250 recipes covering Africa, Hawaii, India, the Mediterranean, Asia, and beyond — is that it looks exactly like the original. Because the original never used seed oils.

Every Savor title is structured the same way. An introduction covering the cuisine's fat history and the MAHA case for ancestral cooking. Fifteen to twenty recipes with full ingredient lists, step-by-step methods where every step answers how much, how long, and what it looks like when it's right. Fat selection notes for each dish explaining why the specific ancestral fat was chosen. Cultural context for the dishes that need it.

The books are Kindle-first, with paperback editions available for titles where the recipe format benefits from a physical page. All are priced for accessibility — these are working cookbooks, not coffee table books.

About the MAHA Kitchen Garden Series

Real food starts before the kitchen. It starts in the soil. The MAHA Kitchen Garden Series is the companion to the Savor Series — nine books covering the crops most valuable to a seed oil–free kitchen, written for complete beginners with no garden and no prior growing experience.

Each book covers one crop in complete detail: sourcing, planting, growing through every stage, harvesting, storing, and cooking the yield in butter, ghee, tallow, and olive oil. The connection between the series is direct — the garlic you grow from the Grow Garlic book goes into the jollof rice in the Savor Africa book, cooked in the ghee that the Savor India book explains how to use correctly.

Food independence is the endpoint. Growing what you cook, cooking what you grow, and doing both without seed oils from the soil to the plate.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I buy Savannah Ryan's cookbooks?
All 23 titles are available on Amazon in Kindle and paperback format. The full catalog is at the Savannah Ryan Amazon Author Page.
Which Savannah Ryan cookbook should I start with?
Start with the cuisine you cook most often. If you cook global food regularly, Savor Africa or Savor Asia are the strongest entry points — both cover the most underserved cuisines in the seed oil–free space. If you are new to MAHA cooking and want a structured entry point, The 7 Day Reset gives you a complete first week with no decisions required.
Are all the recipes in the Savor Series completely seed oil free?
Yes. No recipe in any Savor title uses vegetable oil, canola oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, safflower oil, cottonseed oil, corn oil, or grapeseed oil. Every fat used is named — butter, ghee, tallow, lard, coconut oil, or extra virgin olive oil — and the reason for the selection is explained in each recipe's fat note.
Do I need the MAHA Kitchen Garden Series if I don't have a garden?
Every book in the MAHA Kitchen Garden Series is written specifically for people without gardens. Containers, bags, hanging baskets, windowsills, balconies, and driveways are the primary growing environments covered. No greenhouse, no raised beds, no outdoor space beyond a balcony is required for any title in the series.
Is The Ancestral Cortisol Reset available in paperback?
Yes. The Ancestral Cortisol Reset is available in both Kindle (ASIN B0GHPFXH4L) and paperback (ASIN B0GW5TM8TZ, ISBN 979-8255015504). Both editions are available on Amazon.
